Project Prioskolie in Valujki, Russia
Early 2011 Meyn-Ishida delivered its first alliance-based project. For Prioskolie in Valujki, a brand new Wall-To-Wall processing plant was built with state of the art technology in poultry processing. This 10.500 birds per hour processing plant proves how fully integrated processing solutions can realize the highest yield, lowest give-away and full control in every step of the production process.
Plant facts:
- 10.500 bph, expandable to 12.000 pbh
- Availability (of production time) of 95%
- Performance capacity of 40 trays per minute
- 97% of end product accuracy after packing, wrapping and labeling
As a result of the succes with the Prioskolie project, the alliance has already been awarded several additional high value international contracts, including fully integrated plants in Russia (Tambov), Poland (Wipasz), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Almarai) and Chile.
